Thank you for shopping at CalmCoral! We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our shipping methods, costs, and delivery times.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST on a business day will be processed the following business day.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within India)
We offer the following shipping options for deliveries within India:

- Local delivery 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
- Metro Cities delivery will take upto 5-7 business days.
- Non-Metro cities delivery will take upto 6-10 days.
- Corner area can take upto 10+days

- Shipping Cost:
- Flat rate of ₹60 for all orders.
- FREE Standard Shipping on orders above ₹299.
- Carrier(s): We primarily use Delhivery or XpressBee shipping services.
5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
- You can track your order status by visiting the tracking info that would be shared with you with carrier information.
6. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their nature (e.g., flammable items, liquids) or local regulations. Any such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that are placed for delivery to locations we cannot service.
7. Damages & Lost Packages

If your order damaged during shipping, please contact with on
return@calmcoral.com. We will reply back on your request asap and followup further on this.
- In case of damaged shipping package, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. We can ask for proof as picture or video for damaged package. Please don't open or try to use product if damaged package delivered to you, otherwise we can't do anything. Recommended to check our refund-policy for more information.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. We will do our best to assist you in locating your package.
